max sure to warm up with shorter sets. You want to be warm and feel the weight but not fatigue yourself before the attemp. More than likely you will only get 1 shot at this.

6 strict pull ups
12 pistols
*scale kipping for hspu or HR push ups at double the reps.
*SL box squats for pistols
