Death by WOD
1) death by – 1-2-3-4-5-6-until failure
air squats + push ups
rest 5:00
2) death by – 1-2-3-4-5-6-until failure
burpees + sit ups
*for both workout, you have to do both movements in the same minute. for example, rounds 1 is 1 air squat + 1 push up. round 10 will be 10 air squats + 10 push ups. you continue to add 1 rep until you can not fit both movements. Then, rest 5:00 and do the second workout in the same fashion.
