10 push ups
15 air squats
20/15 AB Cal
30 double unders
Flip back and forth btw 1 and 2. Each group does 2 rounds of each section before doing 2 rounds of the next. Continue this for 30:00 and remember to keep it aerobic!
SA DB press (3 sets of 8 seated on each arm)
SA DB OH carry (3 sets of 50ft left hand and 50ft right hand)
Walk the length of the rig stabilizing a DB in one hand and return with the DB in the other.
Strict Toes-To-Bar (3 x ME )
Sub in strict knee to elbow with a med ball btw feet if needed
