High hang + hang snatch (8-10 sets building in weight)
dont over load this. Work up to an appropriate weight for the positions and work on them. This will no be a pr lift or anywhere close to a high end weights.
Gymnastics
Kipping Pull Ups (10:00 to learn and practice the skill)
not reccomended sets or reps this week. Take the time to make your movement more proficient. if you are learning butterfly, you may practice that in small sets as well.
Metcon
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 8 minutes of:
6 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
12 Box Jump-Overs (24″/20″)
