A: Snatch (build to a tough single in 8 sets)
B: Bar Muscle-ups (3-5 reps or continue pull up practice)
this will be every :90 for 16 total rounds. (24:00)
On odds you will snatch.
On evens you will do bar muscle ups or pull ups of 8-12 reps. (skill based practice)
*For big classes, the room can be split to save room.
